I have taken quite some looks at the map of the canals that is found ingame, but I fail to recognize anything on the map, except for Black Mesa East. I think it would not only benefit me, but other people as well, if someone was able to mark some key locations on the map.S.Eagle 19:52, October 1, 2010 (UTC)

I agree. It would be interesting because not only would we have a map of the area, it would be possible to theorize the the exact size of the area.--CakeMaster7 03:39, October 11, 2010 (UTC)

The circled lambda at the bottom is Black Mesa East, and the area above that, through the dam, is where that boss battle with the helicopter dropping its bombs was. You had to jump through the dam after opening it. The rest is various locations on the way there. Bramblepath 06:49, October 11, 2010 (UTC)

I know but it would be good for determining distance between them in the world (not literal distance ingame). For example, if we know what a mile is on that map, we can know how many miles Gordon traveled in Water Hazard, which would be interesting to know.--CakeMaster7 01:16, October 14, 2010 (UTC)

I believe that the small arrows are pointing at Resistance bases. I think that all of them got captured in HL2 though.--CakeMaster7 13:34, January 18, 2011 (UTC)
