Tyrolean Music Station

I checked the link from "the full song can be heard at the beginning of this video." So the music is from the Tyrolean spy station, but that is also where the German voice appears to be from.

The yodeling as is appears in the leak starts at about 1:32, the voice message at 5:58. The leak voice message has been edited a bit.
