Portal Chamber 18[edit]

Two things : 1. - There is no hidden area in Chamber 18, it's in previous chamber 17. 2. - It's not a prototype area but instead if alternative used in the Advanced version of Chamber 17. 3. someone fix it, I can't. --JohnBigOz994 15:32, September 1, 2010 (UTC)

Actually, there IS a hidden area in Chamber 18. And why can't you fix the error?

You can get "trapped" in Chamber 5?[edit]

I tried the actions that were described, and GLaDOS said the line ("You're not a good person. You know that, right?"), but I wasn't trapped. She said the line and nothing changed, I just walked through the portal. Is it supposed to fizzle or something? Did I not wait long enough? Or was the part about getting "trapped" just false information? Or am I supposed to reshoot the blue portal after throwing a cube in there, so that I can't use it to reopen the door? If that's the case, that should be added to the description. 24.150.32.65 23:45, June 11, 2011 (UTC)

I just tried it again and had to reshoot the blue portal, so I'm adding that to the description. Although I'd hardly count that as being trapped, since GLaDOS doesn't say any of the lines she uses when you trap yourself, the door reopens immediately, and she says the line before you trap yourself. 24.150.32.65 23:45, June 11, 2011 (UTC)

Chamber 14[edit]

If you listen to the commentary nodes here, you are told the developers discovered this after play testing (not intentional). This was one of the alternative methods of completing test chambers that was kept, one of many in the later tests. The first ones had one solution by design, as this was essentially a large learning arc. 76.119.156.246 02:40, July 16, 2011 (UTC)
