Where exactly does this image come from?

I've searched all over the leak build to no avail - a Russian wiki does state that the image is a preview image for the retail antlion hill (pre-Hammer model viewer), can anyone confirm this? --BW1119 (talk) 08:06, 25 November 2020 (MSK)

This is not from the leak. I can confirm this image is antlionhill.jpg, the model preview image for props_wasteland\antlionhill.mdl included in the original 2004 retail HL2 release. Marphy (talk) 04:43, 26 November 2020 (MSK)
