It is often theorised that Isaac Kleiner will take control of the revolution in episode three, however I would like to point out the likelyhood of Magnusson taking charge. After all, it is within his personality to take over, and his arrival coincides with Elis' death quite remarkably. If nothing else, this theory deserves equal mention as the idea that Kleiner will lead (although personally I would prefer Kleiner to take over, he is such a pure, wonderful character).86.29.232.111 20:25, 7 September 2008 (UTC)

I agree. While I prefer Kleiner's character, he's never really struck me as a leader, he doesn't have the force of will. I wouldn't be surprised if Magnusson took the position. --MattyDienhoff 01:54, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
I personally believe that Arne Magnusson will take over however I have another theory that as heir to the throne so to speak alyx Vance will become leader seeing as on the overwiki it says she is a resistance leader and she is the daughter of Eli Vance the former leader of the resistance.Chris burley 21:40, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Interesting theory, but I personally feel that Alyx, like Calhoun, is far too much of a "hands on" leader to take overall charge. She also lacks the motivation to take charge, from my opinion.Dylan Bobson 13:50, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Agreed. Alyx is a 'leader' more in theory than in practice. When she occasionally takes charge in the field it's because she's an important member of the organization (being the boss's daughter) and has more experience than most, she's almost like a lieutenant. Like Gordon, her skills are primarily operational (getting things done out in the field), not logistical (planning and operating the organization from the top). Magnusson on the other hand is used to running things, like the White Forest facility. --MattyDienhoff 15:47, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
