Usage instructions

This template creates an entry for use with the template Todo.

Notes

• If the entry is resolved, it must be struckthrough by replacing strike= with strike=yes;
• all fields but "entry" will be rendered as a browser tooltip;
• "entry" and "added by" fields are mandatory when adding a new entry;
• reason1 is an optional parameter for the reason why an entry was added;
• the "removed by" field is mandatory when strikingthrough an entry;
• reason2 is an optional parameter for the reason why an entry was struckthrough;
• 5 tildes (~~~~~) insert the date and hour of the edit and are not to be removed.
