Physical training[edit]
The first portion of the course involves physical training, including jumping and crouching. The scientists watch the trainee's progress from the observation rooms. The Long Jump Module training is also given to the suit users.

Interaction[edit]
In the second part, the trainee is shown how to interact with objects, such as buttons, and chargers. The trainee is also shown how to use pull and push obstacles, as well as breaking the obstacles with a crowbar if nothing else works. The next course involves the trainee finding his way through a dark maze using a flashlight.
