Incorrect information and spoiler warning

Needs spoiler warning as the end of the article mentions "It is seen briefly for a third time at the end of the game when GLaDOS tells Chell to leave the facility. "

Also this statement "it appears to be in a completley differenct location suggests GLaDOS could've somehow moved to a new Chamber. " is incorrect as you can see the original parts of the hallway to her chamber after coming out of the neurotoxin pipe.
