Paint is actually called "Gel". The blue gel is called "Repulsion Gel", and the orange gel is called "Propulsion Gel". These names are found towards the end of this video. That video also mentions that these were initially designed as a Diet Aid, before being pulled from the shelves for various reasons. surlyanduncouth (talk) 05:27, June 16, 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks for the move, although the "Aperture Science" affix is probably not necessary, since it's full name is just Repulsion Gel. surlyanduncouth (talk) 09:18, June 16, 2010 (UTC)
- Plus this article was created when this was only known as "paint", in late March. Klow 15:37, June 16, 2010 (UTC)
Why the gels were not used is addressed in the story line: the lines connecting the source of the gels was disconnected at an unknown date in Aperture Science's history.
