To do[edit]

  • Put some images in the article itself.
  • Add more images.
  • Add old images of Silo D from old trailers.
  • Add captions to the gallery / reorganize the images in chronological order. Klow 17:48, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

Minor areas.[edit]

We have no real evidence that the High Security Storage Facility or Silo D are in sector D, other than that they come after Office Complex. The thing is, that status is the only thing that keeps them out of their own articles. I'm strangely obsessive about organization, so this bugs me more that it would anybody else, but my point still stands. --Fireman V2 21:54, February 22, 2010 (UTC)

This is evidenced in the file "sentences.txt": "// C1A3 intercom high security materials storage area sector d". "C1A3" is the prefix of all "We've Got Hostiles" maps, set there, and the area is simply named on the walls. Then for Silo D, there is a "D" in "Silo D", just like there is a "E" in "Silo E" (where the rocket is launched), located near Sector E Materials Transport. See "// C2A2 intercom launch control silo e" in "sentences.txt", "C2A2" being for On A Rail. Klow 23:27, February 22, 2010 (UTC)
Oh, I see. The silos being named for sectors is a bit funny, but good research. Your work ethic is amazing. Speaking of which, I should be working right now :P --Fireman V2
"Your work ethic is amazing." Lol thanks! :P Klow 22:26, February 24, 2010 (UTC)

Noclipping[edit]

From the section about the wind tunnel silo... "As activating the fuel and oxygen in the Fuel Room after reaching it by noclipping works without activating the propeller, its actual purpose is obscure."

This is not a good argument.

  • Noclip is a cheat, and the level design did not intend the player to do that.
  • The level designers probably didn't bother programming it because there is no possible way the player can get into the fuel/oxy room without turning on the fan.
