Skins

When I first read about the URL change, you said that you would also be putting up new wiki skins. How do you activate them? When will they be available? If they are, do you have any examples? --Pccraine 23:59, 4 January 2012 (MSK)

Need help with the Vault

Marking Edits as Patrolled

So are we using that feature? Or rather should I use it on the edits I've been checking? Just wondered if any of the other sysops were using it, or if you knew.--YabbaMyIcing 02:40, 8 February 2012 (UTC)

Back into editing? Tell me if you need any directions about what to do. ;) So I personally don't use that feature, don't know about the others. What I do is manually put what I still have to check here. I mostly check only pages I watch (most of the time all F/G/S articles), I don't waste my time on articles still have to be cleaned up. Hi. You wont know who i am, but i guess that doesn't really matter. I'm currently trying to piece together the shell that is the half-life wiki on wikia. I saw everything that happened on there, and one question still lingers in my head, from what it looks like, you were globally banned, i was just wondering why. You seem like a nice guy, and i have no hard feelings against you guys for moving :), All i want to know is why in hells name did you get global'd, and what for. What do you mean "piece together the shell"? I got globally blocked because I removed too much of our content on the wiki and other related Wikia wikis (to preserve our interests and not leave our qualitative work to people who don't deserve or are not aware of its quality level), and Sannse was displeased. That's the only reason. There wasn't even an heated argument or anything, she just globally blocked me to prevent me from deleting more and restored most of my deletions. Now it's been a while, I'm not planning on deleting anything anymore, but I remain blocked (even on unrelated wikis like Wookieepedia, even if my edits there have nothing to do with OverWiki). Back then I was not even allowed to publicly defend myself or simply voice my opinion because of the block, and that continues today. That's Wikia, you can't say anything against it, you can't challenge it. You just shut up and make them money with your edits. Klow 11:59, 16 April 2012 (UTC)
