The Zero Point Generator is a weapon cut from Half-Life with unknown effects. The only evidence of its existence are damage settings in the Half-Life: Day One game files where its position in the skill.cfg
file suggests some relation to the Tau Cannon,[1] possibly simply being an early or alternate name for the weapon. It was unclear to the community in the time leading up to the game's release if the ZPG was a separate weapon from the Tau Cannon and Gluon Gun.[2]
