Brice Armstrong was an anime and video game voice actor who was active primarily throughout the 2000s, retiring in 2009.[3] He provided the voice of Richard Keller and a soldier for the cut Mission 9 in Half-Life: Decay. Armstrong died of natural causes on January 10, 2020 at the age of 84.[2]
