John Patrick Lowrie is an American voice actor who provided the voice for Odessa Cubbage and the male Citizens for Half-Life 2 and Half-Life 2: Episode One. For the Half-Life 2: Episode Two Citizens, he shares the credits with Adam Baldwin.

Lowrie is also the voice actor for the Sniper in Team Fortress 2, the house radio in Left 4 Dead and Police Commissioner Kinsler in the audio drama Sadie's Story, included in Halo 3: ODST.
He currently lives in Seattle with his wife Ellen McLain, who also performs voice acting for Valve.[2]
